When you request a quote or create an account we collect your name, email, phone number, company (optional) and the event details you share, such as dates, venue, guest numbers and the equipment you selected.

To respond to your request, prepare quotations and invoices, deliver our services and keep you updated about your booking. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

If you send your request via WhatsApp, the message is also handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms. Emails are sent through our email provider solely for your request.

Your data is stored on secured servers and is only accessible to authorised staff. Documents such as contracts are kept private and shared only through time-limited links.
